SMS Consent Policy

Loadara is dispatch software for dump-truck fleets and brokers. It sends operational text messages to two groups: drivers, and dispatch contacts at subcontracted carrier companies. This page documents exactly how consent to receive those messages is collected.

How consent is collected

A person's mobile number enters Loadara in one place: their employer or contracting business adds it inside its Loadara workspace (when adding a driver, or adding a subcontracted carrier's dispatch contact). The moment a phone number is entered on either form, a consent checkbox appears, and the form cannot be saved until it is checked. The business affirms it has the person's agreement, and the affirmation is stored with a server-side timestamp. If the number is later changed, the checkbox resets and consent must be affirmed again for the new number.

The exact wording on the driver form

“This driver has agreed to receive work-related text messages from Loadara (dispatch assignments and ticket reminders). Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply; they can reply STOP to opt out at any time.”

The exact wording on the carrier (subcontractor) form

“This contact has agreed to receive work-related text messages from Loadara (load offers, tickets, paperwork requests). Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply; they can reply STOP to opt out at any time.”

What recipients receive

Operational messages only: dispatch assignments, work-ticket reminders, load offers, and paperwork requests. Every message identifies Loadara and includes opt-out instructions. Message frequency varies with work activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately (confirmed with a final unsubscribe notice). Reply HELP for help. Reply START to re-subscribe. Opt-outs are honored automatically at the carrier level.
