Data Retention & Deletion Policy

1. Principle

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When a retention period ends, data is deleted or de-identified.

Deletions typically follow a two-step process: records are first soft-deleted (removed from normal use and hidden from the application) and then permanently purged from primary systems after [X]. Backups are rotated on their own schedule and expire within [X].

Uploaded documents are stored in private storage buckets. When the associated record is purged, its documents are removed from storage as part of the same process.

Individuals whose data is managed by a customer should direct requests to that customer, and we will assist as their service provider.
