Cookie & Tracking Notice

How Loadara LLC uses cookies and similar technologies in Loadara.

1. Essential cookies

Loadara uses strictly necessary cookies to operate the service — primarily session and authentication cookies set by our authentication provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in and to secure your session. The service does not function properly without these, so they are not optional.

2. Advertising cookies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. Analytics

We use PostHog, a product analytics service, with data stored in the United States. Its purpose is to understand how the product is used inside the signed-in workspace (for example, which pages are opened and when a job, dispatch, ticket review, invoice, tender or import is completed), so we can improve it. Events carry record identifiers, your role and your organization identifier. They do not carry amounts, rates, names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or text you type.

PostHog stores a pseudonymous identifier in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie: your internal Loadara user identifier, which is not your name or email address. Customer, carrier and invoice portal links, the driver app, sign-in and sign-up pages, and our public website are not measured. Session recording, heatmaps and error capture are turned off, and we do not use analytics for advertising.

To opt out, turn on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, and no analytics will load. Your organization can also ask us to turn analytics off for the whole organization by writing to system@loadara.com.

4. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the service.

5. More information

For how we handle personal information generally, see our Privacy Policy.
